CMOS Auto-Tunable Low-Pass Filter for Harmonic Signal Generator
Original language description
The paper presents an auto-tunable low-pass filter for the harmonic signal generator utilizing sigma-delta modulation. The advantage of the proposed auto-tunable technique is full CMOS process independence. For design and realization the AMIS CMOS 0.7 umtechnology was used. Harmonic signal generator is a one of the important parts of complex measurement system for capacitive pressure sensor measurement. Whole capacitive measurement system is based on band-pass (BP) SD modulation. The digital part of the harmonic signal generator was designed using VHDL. Synthesis of harmonic signal generator was accomplished in Cadence RTL Compiler and implemented in Cadence SoC Encounter.
