DNA-doxorubicin interactions revealed by electrochemistry
Original language description
Anthracyclines including doxorubicin are commonly used in the treatment of a number of diverse malignant tumours - acute leukaemia, non-Hodgkin and Hodgkin lymphoma and several solid tumours including neuroblastoma. The aim of this study was to compare effects of doxorubicin on sensitive and resistant cells by using electrochemical and mathematical methods. We compared differences between signals of DNA isolated from sensitive and resistant tumour cells by statistical models.
