Water Area Identification Based on Image Low Level Features
Original language description
This paper describes several methods that could be used for water area identification. These proposed methods use several image low-level features that are introduced in this paper too. The low level features are acquired from the pixels of the image. Together with low level features the learning algorithms are introduced. These evolutionary algorithms use the low level features for learning. The learning algorithms are focused on the water area for our research. The one hundred images have been prepared for testing of the proposed algorithms. All the results are placed in the end of this paper.
