The aim of this article is to illustrate the theoretical and experimental study of medium voltage cables parameters. Main parameters, such as R, L, G, C, Zc were considered and these parameters are used to develops of the power line communication model.On the resulting PLC communication model is shown comparison of different modulation technique and coding scheme.
