Original language description
The article deals with issues of random numbers generators and with true randomness of the generated numbers. The theoretical introduction is focused on general description of random and pseudorandom generators, software and hardware platform. Each typehas different approach to the problem. Then, our own design of generator is proposed with focus on cryptography. Last part of article deals with evaluation for true randomness.
