Introduction to Combined Programming Model in Signal Processing Domain
Original language description
The paper deals with different parallel computing methods, commonly used in computer technique. Currently, the multicores Central Processing Units (CPUs), and Graphical Processing Units (GPUs) are widely used for speeding up the complex and time consuming simulation tasks. These tasks include e.g. optimizing problems in varied disciplines in signal processing domain, developing of new video encoders, or simulation (optimization, numerical modeling) of high frequency components. In the paper, the combination of parallel programming methods is outlined.
