The paper is focused primarily on the issue of operation of photovoltaic systems and methods for immediate detection of defects on photovoltaic panels using infrared camera. There is also briefly presented an economic analysis of PV systems operating in the current legislative conditions in the CR based on taking into account the influence of defects photovoltaic panels on the economy of operation.
