The aim of this paper was to get acquainted with a commercional kit of a humanoid robot Robonova-I, study a manufacturer-programmed control and robots potency, find out a gear mechanism (robotic servos), design an enhanced model of the control unit, design a printed circuit board (PCB) and occupy and energize it and pre-set a software for the control by means of PC and a serial line.
