While institutions are digitalizing their archives and changing from paper archive to electronic, a problem of secure access and management arises. Since the users already have issued some electronic identity by another authority, using this electronic identification data for management and secure access is the comfortable and for the user also transparent operation. Following article is proposing implementation of universal authentication framework as a way of archive secure management.
