Parasitic Parameter Estimation using Multi-Frequency Parametric Fault Diagnosis
Original language description
The paper deals with the parasitic parameters estimation of real circuit components using the multi-frequency parametric fault diagnosis. An accurate transistor-level model of the circuit is simplified using the frequency-selective identification. The actual values of some parasitic parameters are determined upon the measurement of circuit frequency characteristics on several frequencies. A practical example of application is shown on a multifunction filter based on the modern function element ZC-CITA.The influences of individual parasitic parameters on the filter frequency characteristics are also discussed.
