Impedance Measurement Uncertainties in Impadance Spectroscopy
Original language description
Impedance spectroscopy represents widespread non-destructive diagnostic method using the frequency dependence of impedance characteristics for the analysis of the material properties. The paper reports on the measurement uncertainties of real and imaginary parts of complex impedance of liquid solvents for lithium-ion batteries electrolytes by the impedance spectroscopy method in the frequency area 20 Hz ? 30 MHz and temperature range from -30 C to 158 C. The precision impedance analysers Agilent in conjunction with the liquid test fixture are used to experiment. The main attention of the realized experiment is concentrated on the evaluation of accuracy and on the calculation of measurement uncertainty. It is also discussed the effect of parameters setting of instruments and their relation to the overall accuracy of the measurement results.
