    A voltage reference test jig has been developed on order to continuously measure total ionizing dose induced changes (degradation) of various voltage references for space applications. The data acquisition part is based on a precision 6.5 digits digitalmultimeter and custom made electronics developed for this project. Five types of voltage references have been successfully tested using this jig.
