    Bulk-driven adaptively-biased OTA in 0.18 um CMOS

  • Original language description

A new solution for a bulk-driven ultra-low-voltage operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is described. While implemented in a standard 0.18 um CMOS process the circuit provides linear operation (THD < 1%) for rail-to-rail input swing and supply voltages ranging from 0.25 V to 0.5 V. The good linearity performance is kept over a large range of transconductances and biasing currents.
