  • Original language description

    Nanoporous titanium dioxide nanostructure surfaces on silicon wafers were prepared via one-step and two-step anodic oxidation methods in organic electrolyte containing ammonium fluoride. The topography of nanoporous surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and related to the fabrication parameters, namely applied voltage and length of anodization.
