Original language description
This paper deals with methods for improving radiation properties of an SIW horn antenna at 60 GHz. Effect of metal block and dielectric extension in front of aperture are investigated. Final antenna has significantly improved radiation patterns in E-plane and H-plane. Matched bandwidth is 15% and the antenna exhibits maximal directivity 13.7 dBi at 60 GHz.
