The constantly increasing demand for the evaluation of network services not only from the objective point of view (so called Quality of Service approach), but also from the end user experience (Quality of Experience / QoE) perspective opens several new challenges for service providers and application designers as well. Inspired by that and putting together our experience and knowledge in QoE assessment research for mobile networks, we present in this paper our own methodology and developed mobile application that is capable to measure the actual network conditions and give online feedback on expected user sat- isfaction level by implementation our own QoE analytical model. All the measurements are stored in the cloud-based database which is publicly accessible as a reference to other users.
