Original language description
The paper is dedicated to common problem of image processing – video quality assessment. Reference method of video quality assessment using phase correlation as objective way for blurred image identification is presented in this article. The method is analytically described and applied in retinal im-aging. The quality coefficient was determined. The results for retinal video records are introduced and compared with subjective image quality evaluation.
