    RadEx2 is a second generation of Radiation Experiments developed to test effects of total ionizing dose (TID) on high resolution data acquisition systems for scientific space missions. It is highly miniaturized and therefore can be integrated with any nanosat platform like CubeSats. RadEx2 TID DEMO is a fully automated DAQ system designed to demonstrate and validate the design of RadEx2 during an in-situ TID experiment. It consists of the RadEx2 hardware placed in the irradiation facility, an external hardware generating the bus of the CubeSat, a high precision multimeter and a PC. The results of this experiment proved the designed features of the RadEx2, especially the superb quality of the core AD converter.
