Ionic liquids based on imidazolium compounds dissolve lithium ions in considerable amount. The electrical conductivity decreases and viscosity increases by the presence of salts. Physicochemical investigation indicated that there is no compound in solid state and the cryoscopic constant if the liquid is fairly high The system can be described as two – component system of solids with high miscibility un liquid state
