Mathematical - physics evaluation of the flow in the experimental chamber.
Original language description
This article comes out from the series of articles devoted to the issue of pumping in the differentially pumped chamber. This article is based on a study of Dr. Danilatos, where pumping of the differential pumped chamber is solved using the Monte Carlo statistical method. To solve the problem we use the mechanics of continuum with experimental verification. In the article is mentioned the evaluation of the mathematical- physics model as a background for preparing experimental measuring.deals with a construction of the conic tip of the static probe.
