Numerical Models of a Multilayered Graphene Structure
Original language description
We present special numerical models of a multilayered graphene structure applicable within nanoelectronics. These models can be advantageously employed in the evaluation of electromagnetic parameters, thus helping researchers and designers to solve problems associated with nanoelectronics, sensors, and related components. The given models of a large periodic system are designed to evaluate the parameters of electromagnetic wave propagation within a suitably configured carbon structure. Utilizing the interpreted results, a functional sample can be experimentally fabricated after basic design changes. In the described context, we also introduce the outcomes of a numerical analysis of the investigated simple nanoelectric multilayer system.
