Original language description
VFTool is a software for the approximation of complex functions in the frequency domain. VFTool is a standalone MATLAB toolbox having its own GUI (Graphical User Interface). The reference (measured) curve can be either loaded (using file formats *.txt or *.xls), specified using complex residues and poles or defined using a complex handle function. The resulting VF (Vector Fitting) model can be obtained in two ways: 1) automatic - the model order and VF settings is given by the toolbox automatically, or 2) user-defined – the model order and VF settings fully specified by the user. The VF model can be exported to file formats *.mat, *.xlsx a *.txt.
