The AR WiFi scanner is an application for iOS platform using augmented reality technology based on ARKit framework by Apple. The app allows to user to detect the quality of the connection in specific places inside of buildings without using any other technology for positioning a user in space. Quality of connection represents a delay measured between a user device and a WiFi router. The main focus was on the optimization of the algorithm and user interface because to use AR technology properly required also proper treatment from a user perspective.
