these monitoring systems, additional aggregation functions are necessary to provide the user with aggregated information, based on which it is possible to identify the state of the system, place, degree or risk of voltage quality or operation in the monitored system, even without the need for immediate analysis of all records. Such aggregate superstructure functions will enable fast and high-quality decision-making by the relevant operational and development workers, or even the management of distribution system operators. Another goal of this aggregation task is to provide the user with significantly higher data yield, especially in cases of interconnection of voltage quality monitoring with external systems describing the operating states of the distribution system. This interconnection makes it possible to determine the degree of condition of the system in the form of representative indices over time, for given places and in terms of included indicators.
