Original language description
Cathodoluminescence of the YAG:Ce single crystal screens has been studied. Results show emission spectrum nearly ideally matched to the human eye. Using the Fourier transform of line spread functions the spatial resolutions of 150, 18 and 8 lp/mm for 20,60 and 100 keV electrons have been obtained.
