A top experimental workplace for ATM has been built in the Department of Telecommunications (ATM Switch LightStream 1010 and Catalyst 5000 from the Cisco SystemsCo, ATM adaptors Olicom Rapidfire 155, ForeRunner PCA 200 EUX from the Fore Systems Co. and the Interphase Co., inclusive of the multiprotocol ATM analyzer and HP storage oscilloscope, system controller for Dual Pentium II 450, and 6 other terminals of PC category . The topic of this paper is the program control of ATM cards (ATM LS1010, ATM PC), setting the operation type, setting the address, response to the Network, etc. for E1 connection. ATM card CISCO Light Stream 1010 is connected to ATM card PC.
