Original language description
This paper is focused on analysis of business processes and methods in workflow systems. It deals with an assessment and calculation of performance criteria in single workflow processes such as: time, price and quality. For better understanding of principles of business processes, the workflow system is divided into three layers (sources, workflow management system and workflow processes), whereas each layer covers the processing of its specific tasks. The final results of this analysis are: an evaluation of total performance of each process, the quality of each layer and assessment of the total performance of the workflow system.
