Original language description
This submission presents a new approach of Petri Nets using to processes modelling of project management and subsequently to generalization of modelling abilities of Petri nets. It describes how we can use a technique of Petri Nets to model and control of project cycle and its all parties - projects of different orientation, extent, duration, domains etc. The main purpose of this article is to simplify a whole project realization, especially the domain of the project plan creation. It is practically themost important part of the whole project management. The next important question is how we can control the process of the project realization, possibly to optimize it by Petri Nets techniques and tools application. This part will be handled in the lastpart of the submission.
