This document provides an overview of adaptive process management. Complex business processes require dynamical management of a development. The environment for creation software products is complex, dynamic and frequently distributed. These characteristics need advanced process and workflow management. Adaptive management that uses soft-ware agents offers this. Intelligent multi-agent systems adapted to management area deals better with entire process. Multi-agent systems (MAS) can be applied is several areas and several ways to improve process of creation software. This paper summarizes how useful can adaptive process management be.<br>

Dokument popisuje přehled možností a technik v oblasti adaptivního řízení softwarových projektů s využitím multiagentích systémů. Komplexní procesy managementu vyžadují dynamické řízení a vývoj. Prostředí pro tvorbu sw je komplexní, dynamické a často distribuované. Tyto charakteristiky vyžadují pokročilý workflow management. Adaptivní řízení využívající sw agentů toto poskytuje. Inteligentí MAS mohou být aplikovány v několika oblastech řízení k vylepšení procesu tvorby sw. Tento text pojednává o užitečnosti adaptivního řízení procesů.
