In this paper we characterize and study the processes of Project Risk Management which conduct risk planning, identification, analysis, responses, monitoring and control on a project, generally. There is explained what risk management is, and then are discussed some common developmental risks. Especially, there is specified process risk quantification in detail. Our method for risk assessment in Software Development Project is introduced. We describe the possibilities risks assessment in the feasibilitystudy phase of project. This is very useful for decision making about project accepting or refusal.
