Recognition-Based on Eye Biometrics: Iris and Retina
Original language description
The chapter describes biometric identification based on inner eye organs - iris and retina. These methods are very precise and are used in areas with highest security requirements. Eye attributes that are being scanned and used for identification are unique for each individual and probability of the two same identifiers is many times lower than for example in comparison with fingerprints recognition.
