Parallel Solution of Partial Differential Equations Using Taylor Series Method
Original language description
This paper deals with the parallel numerical solution of linear partial dierential equations. The linear partial dierential equation is replaced by a system of ordinary dierential equations using the Method of Lines. The numerical solution is obtained using the variable step-size and the variable order Taylor series method. The general form of parallelization for linear systems is introduced and experiments with the method are performed.
