Pi-conjugated polymers based electronic devices
Original language description
The aim of the proposed contribution is to introduce the recent results and experiences with the characterization of selected conjugated polymers for optoelectronic applications such as electroluminescence diodes, solar cells, photodetectors and light driven molecular current switches. In spite of much progress that has been made in the understanding of the underlying science that controls the properties of the devices, still relatively little is known about the optoelectronic properties of these materiials. Therefore we focuse on detailed studies of physical processes e.g. photoconductivity and photochromic phenomena and their dynamics in conjugated polymers.
