Aim of this project was to compare structure differences in lignite humic acids and soil humic acids using EEM fluorescence spectroscopy. Soil humic acids were isolated from Haplic Chernozem (locality Bratčice). Lignite humic acids were isolated from south Moravian lignite (locality Mikulčice). The study was focused on determination main fluorophores in humic acids structure and comparison with Elliot soil humic acid standard.
