Thermogelling Behavior of Modified PLGA-PEG-PLGA Triblock Copolymers: Influence of Copolymer Composition
Original language description
Biodegradable thermosensitive triblock copolymers based on poly(ethylene glycol), poly[(lactic acid)-co-(glycolic acid)] (PLGA-PEG-PLGA) and itaconic anhydride (ITA) with different PLGA/PEG weight ratio and LA/GA molar ratio were prepared via ring opening polymerization. Influence of copolymer composition on sol-gel phase transitions was investigated using test tube inverting method.
