Influence of temperature on humic acid-metal ion interaction using isothermal titration calorimetry
Original language description
The effects of temperature (25-40 C) on the interactions between lignite humic acid and metal ions were studied using isothermal titration calorimetry. HA was isolated from South Moravian lignite. Isolation of soil HA was perfomed according to the procedure recommended by the IHSS. As model metals were chosen Cu and Pb ions. We used concentration 1.25g/l and concentration of ligand was 8g/l. The effects of temperature on the interactions between lignite humic acid and metal ions were observed. We acquired differences for reaction enthalpy and their affinity.
