    The series of three derivatives of 2,5-dihydropyrrolo[4,3-c]pyrrolo-1,4-dione (DPP) modified by adamantylethyl solubilisation side groups was prepared. The prolongation of π-conjugation of the prepared DPP derivatives was studied from a point of view of optical and electrical properties.
