Thermal properties of air lime lightweight mortars
Original language description
Measurement and assessment of thermo-physical properties of air lime lightweight mortars are presented in the paper. The examined mortar samples were prepared with perlite and Liaver admixtures of different particle size and dosage. For the measurement, novel step-wise transient technique was used. In experiments, the dependence of thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and specific heat capacity on the temperature of mortar was determined. Data on thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity represents valuable information for building practice, materials researchers and building designers. It can be used, e.g. as input data for computational modeling of heat transport and storage in air lime mortars and repaired masonry.
