Border dividing success of manager from his failure is really very narrow with a lot of ?border crossings?. These border crossings are in fact key factors of success or failure. If we are talking about factors of failure it is mainly due to the fact so as we could avoid them. On the other hand, the key factors of the success should inspire us in finding of the right way. From certain point of view defining of the factor of the failure is more useful. Manager will not get the knowledge of exactly what too do however, the instructions for the success with obvious foot-note ?without guarantee? are not much more exact. Instruction for failure has one great advantage - it does not attract to imitation. It rather force people to think about the actual situation and look for suitable solution more then to apply standard solution to usually non-standard situations.
