Original language description
Venture capital is considered as suitable source of financing of perspective company intentions, usable mainly for financing of the development of small and middle-sized companies. Except of financial help the investors of venture capital provide in large scope also non-financial help to the management of the company. In this contribution we discuss the existing experience of companies with the use of the venture capital investment in the Czech Republic and we point out further perspective of this formof financing.
