One of the serious problems of the transforming economics is faising of long-term financial resources for restructuralization of economics. As basic providers of long-term resources figure the banks and the capital market. The following story is devotedto analysis of the banking sector and the capital market in the Czech Republic. The analysis target is to insure how the development of credit emmission was influenced by three basic factors, and these number of bank brokers, volume of available financiaal resources and highness of acceptable demand. The another target is to explore functionality of czech capital market from view of ability to appreciate the financial assets and to allocate effective the financial resources. By virtue of performed analysis to identify the main problems of czech capital market, to indicate the ways for their ellimination and trends for further development.
