The term Corporate Governance refers to policies, procedures, structures and systems whose help the company to oversee and to hand out the company's activities in order to make a profit. Moreover Corporate Governance calls the actual and juridical ordinal frame for the management and supervision of an enterprise. Corporate Governance is not international uniform control equipment. But it is a country specific comprehension of responsible business management and so there are only some international accepted mutual principles. However Corporate Governance enhances the trust, transparency and accountability into the companies by shareholders, stakeholders and general public. Because they can more rely on the economical results which are shown in the statement of companies, which practice Corporate Governance. And this could be the real competitive advantage
