In her paper, the author analyzes management as a tool for solution of the economic depression. The management development is influenced by the economic depression and it is necessary to accept corresponding change in the contents and forms of the management on the company level, which will get the status under control and remove its the future repeating. The crisis management, which is theoretically described for limited exercise, have to be developed theoretically, even in situation when the practicehas to use it immediately. There is need for a confrontation analysis and determination of new paradigms. Aim in her paper is to specify theoretic possibilities for the management development at the company level as point of departure for solution of crisis conditions.
