Original language description
The article deals with findings of a pilot survey into the level of support provided to users of information systems which was carried out on a number of employees of companies using such systems from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and from abroad. The survey aims to identify areas relevant for further research. The support provided to users is assessed according to a company's size and the way the support is given. Hypotheses are tested about different levels of support between Czech and Slovak companieson the one hand and other countries on the other hand, as well as about different levels of support depending on a company's size valid for this selection of users.
