In the world of limited capacity every applicable optimization on company work is requested. Nowadays, after global economic recession, every economic subject has to use maximum possibilities for own benefits. Nowadays, are exist trends, tools and modelsto optimization process management. But most of them are oriented primarily to big companies. The authors of this paper focused on internal information flows in small and medium-sized enterprises. This article will introduce the results of primary research in small and medium enterprises in Czech Republic. This article describes the modern trends (business process reengineering, a heuristic scheduling algorithm production, Kaizen philosophy) optimization of internal processes for small and medium enterprises.
