The reason is the idea of individual identification of new markets, new processes, new systems, new products and new approaches to solving problems. Intrapreneurship is one of many ways to increase companies competitiveness in today's global competition. This new process suppports higher creativity and effectivity, and it is also associated with innovation, which leverages existing business resources within established organizations.
