The report deals with a dilemma associated with the choice of suitable parameters for the assessment of informative system level or the partial elements in small and medium companies. In the report is summarized the present problem of informative system evaluation as from the sight of presently used models and that also methods. The main aim of the report is to design the suitable areas and criteria for assessment of informative system level, which will be prepared for usage in the framework of planned method, which will judge the informative system from the sight of its stability. At area designing and its criteria comes from analysis of current models and methods and from made research among companies. At the end of the report are possibilities of new methods for assessment of the stability of the informative system of the company.
