The monograph brings new findings in the area of diversity management and diversity leadership. The first part of the book Social Diversity in Organizations; Theoretical Concepts, Methodological Approaches includes chapters focused on the general conceptof diversity and ways to measure it. The five chapters of the second part focus on Social diversity in the European Union. The third part examines the Social diversity in the Czech Republic in five chapters. Two-hundred and twenty pages is targeting theconception of diversity and helping to intensify the research and analysis of the relation between effective leadership of diverse teams and increasing organisational and regional performance.
