The aim of this work is to analyze the development of the Czech construction industry, outline the opportunities for further development and performance of Czech Construction and justify the selection of the potential of this sector as a target area in the future marketing research. Article provides an analysis of the construction sector in the Czech Republic and especially in view of the economic situation in the construction, aggregate demand, trade and the related sales development. For this purpose,it is used the method of analysis of secondary sources and consequently paired logical method, namely, induction and deduction. Performed research has indicated a number of elements to which you should pay attention to those in other studies.
