This article aims to highlight the importance of modern and dynamically developing information and communication technologies (ICT) in current and prospective management and communication systems and also (in terms of theoretical cybernetics, computer science and science discipline "Management and Economics of Enterprise") systematically define the abstract expression of the knowledge economy in newly conceived concept of cybernetics science discipline (represented by state space evident from classicalcontrol theory in applications of contemporary management in the economy).Methodology for solving my research is based on the novelty of the procedures (in that so-called cyberspace) to solve specific research at the Institute of Computer Science of FBMBUT.
